Our home course will host several major events, bringing top paddlers from the Czech Republic and abroad. Here is the overview:
30–31 May — Deutschlandcup Veltrusy
One of the highest‑level German race series is coming to Veltrusy. The Deutschlandcup is known for strong competition and a great atmosphere. The event is organized by our friends from Coswiger K.V., so we’re looking forward to an excellent international weekend.
20–21 June — 3rd & 4th National Qualification Race (NKZ) + Czech Junior Cup
The second‑highest Czech series and one of the most crowded race weekends of the year.
The NKZ races are crucial — they decide who moves up to the first league. Combined with the Junior Cup, it promises a great show of upcoming talent.
29–30 August — Jaroslav Froňek Sr. Memorial (public slalom race)
Our traditional home event where paddlers fight for ranking points and performance classes.
The end‑of‑summer race is one of the highest‑scoring events of the season — if you want to lead the rankings, you have to master Veltrusy!
12–13 September — Czech Championships U18 in Slalom & Kayak Cross + Czech Junior Cup
Veltrusy will host the U18 Nationals for the second year in a row — a clear sign that our course is in top shape.
Expect the highlight of the junior season and a weekend full of strong performances.
